I had an Office, a Title, a polished Chair,<\/p>

Files with me, Authority in the air !<\/p>

A Principal\u2019s room, dignity neatly framed\u2014<\/p>

KVS knew me, the system knew how I was.<\/p>

Yet something restless lived in my chest,<\/p>

A worry not answered by comfort or rest.<\/p>

Beyond the cities, past traffic and noise,<\/p>

I heard a quieter bell\u2014village girls and boys<\/em>.<\/p>

So I stepped down, not backward, not small,<\/p>

But inward\u2014towards a truer call.<\/p>

I traded protocol for muddy shoes,<\/p>

And found purpose I did not lose.<\/p>

Navodaya was not a promotion on paper,<\/p>

But a commitment written deeper.<\/p>

Here, students don\u2019t go home each day,<\/p>

They grow up before your eyes\u2014and stay.<\/p>

They arrive with dust on their dreams,<\/p>

Raw talent stitched at the seams.<\/p>

First-generation-hopes, shy but bright,<\/p>

Carrying families in their silent fight.<\/p>

As teachers here, we are more than guides,<\/p>

We become foster-parents through changing tides.<\/p>

We wake before dawn, sleep after students sleep,<\/p>

Because their failures feel personal, without a shout.<\/p>

I have signed Service Books, Transfer Orders<\/p>

and chaired meetings too,<\/p>

But nothing compares to a child who grew\u2014<\/p>

I missed comforts, yes\u2014that part is true,<\/p>

But I gained a nation quietly built anew.<\/p>

Not in air-conditioned halls of pride,<\/p>

But in hostels where resilience resides.<\/p>

When they call me \u201cSir\u201d with trust-filled eyes,<\/p>

I know exactly why I chose this sacrifice.<\/p>

Leadership is not the height you reach,<\/p>

But the \u2018lives\u2019 you make, the values you teach.<\/p>

I left a Chair\u2014but kept my soul,<\/p>

Chose Navodaya\u2014and became whole.<\/p>

KVS taught me systems\u2014strong and wise,<\/p>

Structured days, well-defined skies.<\/p>

Children returned home by evening light,<\/p>

Parents carried worries through the night.<\/p>

But Navodaya asked for something more,<\/p>

Not just a teacher\u2014but a guardian core.<\/p>

Here, the child sleeps under my watchful care,<\/p>

Dreams knocking softly at midnight prayer.<\/p>

KVS polished talent already seen,<\/p>

Urban confidence, sharp and keen.<\/p>

Navodaya plants seeds in unseen soil,<\/p>

Faith watered daily with patience and toil.<\/p>

There, education ended with the bell,<\/p>

Here, life itself becomes the lesson we tell.<\/p>

In KVS, I led an institution with pride,<\/p>

In NVS, I walk with children, side by side.<\/p>

I did not leave one to reject the other\u2019s grace,<\/p>

I simply chose a more demanding embrace.<\/p>

KVS shaped my stature, my administrative voice\u2014<\/p>
